Forklift Operator Refresher Training Course

This mandatory training helps forklift operators renew their certification every three years in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, as required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

COURSE DETAILS
Course Duration:
Online Theory: 4 hours of asynchronous e-learning (7 modules + 45-minute assessment).
1-Day Workshop: 8 hours, including 4 hours of case studies and 4 hours of hands-on forklift practice (with a 15-minute practical assessment per trainee).
Assessment methodology:
- E-learning modules with multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
- Practical forklift operation assessment

Prerequisite:
Participants must hold a valid WSQ Forklift Licence or a previous Forklift Refresher Certificate.
Attire:
Proper attire with safety shoes is required. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not permitted.
