FORKLIFT OPERATOR REFRESHER TRAINING COURSE
This course is designed for forklift operators who must fulfill the mandatory refresher training requirements every 3 years under the Workplace Safety and Health Act, as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore.
Commonly referred to as the Forklift Operator Refresher Training, this program ensures operators stay compliant with MOM regulations while maintaining safety and operational standards.
COURSE DETAILS
Course Duration:
- Online Theory: 4 hours of asynchronous e-learning, covering 7 modules with a 45-minute formative assessment (4 MCQs per module).
- 1-Day Workshop: 8 hours total, including 4 hours for case studies and 4 hours for forklift practical sessions (15 minutes allocated for practical assessment per trainee).

Comprehensive Training for Safer and Smarter Operations:
- The enhanced training aims to provide operators with essential skills through both theory and practical training.
- It covers key safety concepts, industry guidelines, learnings from past incidents and hands-on practice.
- Participants will learn to recognize and manage potential risks through group discussions which help to equip them for everyday operational challenges.
Prerequisite:
You can attend this course only if you have a valid WSQ Forklift licence OR previous Forklift Refresher certificate
Participant’s Attire:
Safety Shoes. Proper attire. No short pants and singlet.

Certificate:
A Certificate will be issued by Pioneer Training Centre upon completion of the course
Terms & Conditions for Course Registration & Refund:
- A Letter of Confirmation on the training date will be issued upon confirmation of your registration.
- Full payment for the training can be made by Cheque, Cash, NETS or Internet Banking upon confirmation. Payment should be made prior to course commencement date.
- Certificates and Passes will not be released unless full payment is received.
- No refund of fees allowed for cancellations of classes or absence of participants on the day of course commencement. However, for such cases, PTC would advise rescheduling of replacement of candidate provided a valid reason & evidence is given.
- Full course fee will be chargeable for absent on course date without valid reason & evidence.
- Refund of fees is only on case-by-case basis, when the participants can show they were medically unfit or postponement or replacement is not possible by any means.
- PTC reserves the right to alter or cancel class and/or venue without liability.
- PTC reserves the right to revise the course materials to meet SSG/MOM requirements.
